We are excited to announce the formation of our Manpower Team, and we invite you to be a part of this vital initiative. This team will be responsible for various tasks and projects that help maintain and improve our church home, support events, and lend a helping hand wherever needed.

Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that using power tools, lifting heavy furniture and materials, and any other task related to Manpower Projects creates certain risks to my person. The risk of injury includes minor injuries such as bruises, and more serious injuries such as broken bones, dislocations, and muscle pulls.

I, the undersigned, voluntarily assumes all risk of loss, damage, or injury while involved in Manpower Projects.

I, the undersigned, do hereby release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless LiVe Church, its pastors, directors, employees, ministers and volunteers (collectively herein the “Church”) from any and all liability, claims or demands for accidental personal injury, sickness or death, as well as property damage and expenses, of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by the Participant while involved in Manpower Projects. The undersigned further hereby agrees to hold harmless and indemnify said Church for any liability sustained by said Church as the result of the negligent, willful or intentional acts of said Participant, including expenses incurred attendant thereto.
